PURPOSE OF THE RELAY
 Pulse relay lighting RIO-1 is designed to remotely turn on or off lighting circuits. The relay provides remote control lighting in the hallway, on the stairs, floor, etc. by using the parallel connection of buttons enlighted. Additional control inputs allow to form floor and centralized lighting control system of building.
 
DESIGN OF THE RELAY
 Relay is produced in a plastic case with a unified front connection wires power and switched circuits. Mounting is carried out on a DIN rail  width 35mm (GOST R IEC 60715-2003) or on a smooth surface. To set on a smooth surface, spring locks must be changed in recent holes, fixing a spring lock, which are located on the back side of the case. Terminal design provides robust clamp wires up to 2,5mm2.
 
OPERATION OF THE RELAY
 The relay does not require auxiliary power. Any command control is power. The relay has three control inputs that  have different purposes. When a control command is filed to the input of Y1 contacts 11-14 closes. When a control command is filed to the input of  Y2 contacts 11-14 opens. When a control command is filed to the input Y a state of the contacts 11-14 consistently reverseы. In the relay used technology of synchronous switching contacts - «zero sync», which ensures a high load capacity of the contact group. Closing and opening of the contacts is performed at the moment when the mains voltage through a "0", which ensures limit inrush current at the time of closing or opening contacts. This technology extends the service life to incandescent and halogen lamps, and avoids scorching of contacts built-in executive relay.
 
 WARNING:  The design of the product applied polarized electromagnetic relay with two stable states. Single blows during transport can lead to spontaneous switching of contacts. In the first time starting (OFF) state of the contacts is restored.
  Do not install the relay in an area of high vibration, or near devices which cause vibrations when is activated (example, powerful actuators, etc.).
