PURPOSE OF THE RELAY
 Time relay RVO-083 is designed to switching electric circuits with a preset delay time and the algorithm operation. The relay is used in automation systems, as a completing part.
 
DESIGN OF THE RELAY
 Relay is produced in a plastic case with a unified front connection wires power and switched circuits. Mounting is carried out on a DIN rail  width 35mm (GOST R IEC 60715-2003) or on a smooth surface. To set on a smooth surface, you need to push locks. Terminal design provides robust clamp wires up to 2,5mm2. On the front panel there are: three turning switches to set the delay time t (setting value units 0-9, 0-9 tens and hundreds 0-9), turning switch multiplier, turning switch to choose the diagram, the green LED turn on «U» power supply, yellow built-in executive relays activation indicator "".
 
OPERATION OF THE RELAY
  The relay does not require auxiliary power supply, powered by the controlled net. Power connection is performed to terminals "+ A1" and "A2". When using the relay in DC + Upow connected to the terminal "A1 +".
 The relay has 7 delay time ranges. The required time delay t is determined by multiplying the numerical value set switches "UNITS", "TENS" and "HUNDREDS" by a coefficient set by switch "MULTIPLY".
 
Switch "multiplier" has three additional position:    
    «5» relay operates at diagram №5  - counting the number of pulses set by switches «units», «tens» and «hundreds».
    «6» relay operates at diagram №6  - counting the number of pulses set by switches «units», «tens» and «hundreds».
    «30» relay operates at diagram №30  - time t is defined by multiplying the numerical value set switches "units", "tens" and "hundreds" of only coefficient 0,1s.

 Diagram of operation the relay is selected by using the switch "diagram". The switch has ten positions "1" - "2" - "3" - "4" - "8" - "9" - "19" - "20" - "21" - "22" and defines number of the relay diagram operation. If the switch "multiplier" is set to one of three positions "5", "6" or "30" switch "diagram" does not define number of the diagram.

 
 WARNING: A change the diagram of operation and multipliers can only after remove supply voltage.  
 
 Values on the switches "UNITS",  "TENS" and "HUNDREDS" can be change when the power is applied to the relay.
 Command of external control is supplied to the terminal "Y1" and is formed by closing a dry contact «S» between terminal "Y1" and terminal "A1 +". Command to reset counter (diagrams 5 and 6) is supplied to the terminal "Y2" and is formed by closing a dry contact between terminal S "Y2" and terminal "A1 +". In the currentless position the contacts 15-16 and 25-26 are closed. After the supply voltage is supplied lights up the green LED «U», relay begins to work the selected diagram, during the counting set time or of counts pulses the green «U» indicator light flashes. When the relay turns on the yellow LED ""  lights up at that the contacts 15-16 and 25-26 are opened and the contacts 15-18 and 25-28 are closed.

 The counting the set time begins when power is applied, after which the relay switches (switch-on delay). It is turned off, when the power is off.

 The relay is turned on simultaneously with power supply. Disabling the relay occurs after the set time counting (tripping delay).

The interval between two teams of external start must exceed the value of a predetermined time, otherwise a count will stop and the relay will remain on.
